Morgan Cardwell understands just how important it is to have someone on your side, to provide you with guidance and tools necessary to make informed decisions about your future. Morgan offers compassion and honest direction to her clients throughout the entire legal process, and fiercely advocates for the most advantageous outcome possible.

 Morgan is a Chattanooga area native and a graduate of Girls Preparatory School. She graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts and received the Amy Spain Memorial Law Scholarship from Middle Tennessee State University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law, where she was a recipient of The CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and specialized her course work in Estate Planning and Administration, Taxation, Business Law, Health Law, and Family Law.

Sarah is an attorney who cares—about her clients and the community she serves. Her professional and personal philosophy includes giving back in ways that make a meaningful difference to the local community to which she dedicates her practice. She is a firm believer in using her practice to better serve both clients and those in need alike.

Sarah is a Virginia native with a love for the outdoors and mountain biking. After graduating with her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, she moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where she lived for nearly a decade. After working as a certified paralegal for general litigation firms, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law where she specialized in Estate Planning and Trust Administration, Taxation, and Business Law. Sarah is licensed in Tennessee as well as Wyoming. 

Kathleen Reel ( known to nearly all as "Kitty" or "Miss Kitty") brings over 30 years of experience as a Paralegal in Tennessee and Georgia to Priority Legal Group. She knows exactly how to make each and every client our Priority. 

 Kitty graduated from Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School in North Georgia and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Associates in Paralegal Studies from Chattanooga State.

Kitty spends her free time on stage and is very active in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area theater communities. 

Ms. Peck has extensive litigation experience representing clients in various family law cases and is of counsel to Priority Legal Group. She is also a Rule 31 certified family mediator who has facilitated hundreds of disputes in which each party plays a role in identifying a resolution both can agree upon. In addition, Ms. Peck practices real estate law. She is a licensed affiliate real estate broker, which is advantageous when evaluating complex details of a case to determine the best options for resolution.

A native of Chattanooga, Ms. Peck graduated from The Baylor School. She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and earned her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
